Each child and representative family is special with unique needs and challenges. A Professional Disabilities Advocate provides individualized plans that take into consideration this uniqueness. Consequently, an Individual Service Plan (ISP/ILP) is formulated which incorporates the diversity of family members, the case manager, and/or adult agency to ensure that the child’s development is optimized. This includes all areas such as vocational training, post-secondary education, employment, independent living, social activities/recreation, transportation, AND MORE.
