Vision: Seamless Services From Birth Through Life For Individuals With Disabilities
Brindging the gaps to ensure a seamless life of services
Paragon Hope Advocacy is providing an integrated approach to collecting and accessing service records from various agencies. We are committed to positive interactions, collaboration and information sharing between all caregivers and providers. We believe empowering parents as equally participating members of the Child Study Team is the most effective way for students to receive the Individual Education Program (IEP) or Section 504 Plan to which they are entitled. A knowledgeable, well informed parent or caregiver is the best advocate.
We facilitate meetings, services and support for individuals with disabilities and their care-providers. We provide consultation and advocacy (IFP/ILP/ISP) in the development of Independent Living/Support Plans to include living, employment, recreation & leisure and all areas leading to a life of joy and fulfillment.
Our continued passion and pledge of advocating for the most optimum educational experience for your child is goal number one. Our 30 years of successful experience demonstrates our Special Education advocacy achievements in fulfillment of this crucial area of service. Additionally, our commitment, on behalf of our families, is to stay current on State and Federal legislation and provide support, direction, encouragement and comfort for families. Our team of professionals incorporates the child’s school district of educators to plan and accomplish the educational strategy to secure the best possible appropriate education for the child.
Each child and representative family is special with unique needs and challenges. A Professional Disabilities Advocate provides individualized plans that take into consideration this uniqueness. Consequently, an Individual Service Plan (ISP/ILP) is formulated which incorporates the diversity of family members, the case manager, and/or adult agency to ensure that the child’s development is optimized. This includes all areas such as vocational training, post-secondary education, employment, independent living, social activities/recreation, transportation, AND MORE. If you have any questions, call us for a FREE CONSULTATION.
Schooling is a critical component of a child’s nurturing process. Unfortunately, an underlying disability may interfere with this nurturing process and is demonstrated through an inability for the child to stay focused or getting organized. Please contact us for more information and for an assessment of your child’s needs.
